Vibe Tribe Community Healing Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview

The Vibe Tribe Community Healing Membership is a monthly subscription offering:

  • Mental health coaching and wellness resources

  • Access to a coaching support group

  • Monthly healing and self-growth challenges

  • A private Kajabi-based community space for sharing, support, and celebration

2. Pricing & Payments

The Membership is billed at $150 USD per month on a recurring basis.
• Your payment method will be charged automatically each month unless canceled after the 3-month minimum commitment.
• By enrolling, you authorize us to process recurring payments using your provided payment method.

3. Commitment & Cancellation Policy

This Membership requires a 3-month minimum commitment to support your healing journey.

• After the initial 3 months, you may cancel your Membership at any time through your Kajabi account or by contacting our support team at [agomez@vibetherapyandwellness.com].
• Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be incurred after cancellation.
• No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused time within the current billing cycle.

4. Disclaimers & Limitations

The Membership provides coaching, support, and resources related to mental and emotional well-being.
• It does not substitute professional therapy, medical treatment, or licensed mental health care.
• Participation is voluntary, and you agree to take full responsibility for your health, choices, and actions.

5. Community Guidelines

To ensure a safe, respectful, and empowering environment, all members are expected to:

  • Engage respectfully with others

  • Maintain confidentiality within the group

  • Avoid sharing harmful or triggering content

  • Follow all posted group rules and challenge guidelines

We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these guidelines without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided within the Membership—including videos, worksheets, prompts, and community materials—is the intellectual property of It’s A Vibe Therapy & Wellness. You may use them for personal purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or resale is prohibited without written consent.

7. Changes to Terms or Offerings

We reserve the right to modify the Membership structure, features, or pricing at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes before your next billing cycle.
